Deborah and Dorina
A
I grew up watching Aaron Spelling and Michael Landon. I love their unabashedly sappy and loving stories. Rod Serling, creator and writer of the Twilight Zone and Stan Lee who used alliteration in Marvel names helped influence my writing. This is dedicated to my wonderful friends Dorina De Lillo who died suddenly at the age of 44 and my family friend Trudy Dubinsky who also died way too young from a tragic car collision. Dorina was an amazing dancer who danced at least 5 times greater than I and could sing at least 20 times greater. If anyone had the right to get a swealed head and think she was “All That” it would have been her, but she was the exact antithesis. Loving, sweet and kind, sharing a love of performing, we had a fantastic friendship that lasted greater than a quarter of a century. Trudy was a well-known sonographer who also made a difference in the lives of others. I miss them “To infinity and beyond.”
